When we entered the event we had to be seated on the grass under a tent, then we waited a while for all the schools to be seated. When they were seated there was a man performing a powhiri for us and after that we had to go to the creek to see what was next.
When everyone gathered around the creek there was a man standing in the creek with gumboots on. The man was talking in Maori, so i didn't understand what he was saying.
When he finished there was a play from these two girls, they also did it in another language so i couldn't understand what they were saying either. Their play was a little creepy but also funny.
Lastly we went to the Tongans, they did a song where 2 girls were in a tree climbing down it and singing at the same time.
