Food Technology - Muffin

Today in Food Tech we made Chocolate Muffins. First, we had to get all our ingredients in one big measuring bowl. Then next we had to mix all together with the plastic scraper until it was not too thick but not too watery. Then we scooped it into our muffin tray and cooked it for 15 minutes in the oven and Cleaned.

Step 1 - Measure the Ingredients
  1.  1 1/2 cup of Self-raising Flour
  2. 1/2 cup of sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/3 cup of cocoa
  5. 50g of chocolate chips
  6. 1/2 cup of milk
  7. 1/2 cup of oil
Step 2 - Mix well together and scoop into the muffin tray

Step 3 - Bake for 15 muffins 180°c

Step 4 - Clean & Eat
