Food Technology - Quiche

Today in Food Tech we made Quiche. Firstly we had to slice the pastry into 12 pieces. Then we had to use the Pastry brush to spread the oil around the muffin trays. We then added the pastry & the ham & cheese. Lastly, we had to whisk milk and 4 eggs together and top it off into the quiche.

Quiche

Step 1 - Cut the pastry into 12 pieces
Step 2 - Dice the ham
Step 3 - Put into the muffin tray
  • Ham 
  • Cheese
  • Top with egg & milk
Step 4 - Whisk 4 eggs with a cup of milk.
