The skills for this week is
- Follow the instructions
- How to read ingredients
- How to measure the ingredients correctly
- 1 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
We had to put all the ingredients in one big measuring bowl and whisk it together. Once we mixed well using the whisk we had to heat up the oil in the frying pan. After that, we cooked 2 hotcakes at a time. We had to wait till bubbles appeared on the face of the cake then we could flip it. We put maple syrup on top and ate it.
